| As chairman, Rosa Keller worked tirelessly to maintain the Library Board as an
active participatory body. She reminded truant colleagues of their obligations in a firm but friendly manner. Mrs. Keller
also kept Mayor Moon Landrieu apprised of the Board's activities and kept after him to fill vacancies.
