an exhibition celebrating the dedication of the
Rosa Keller Branch
Part II

Governor's Conference Mrs. Keller's interest in promoting library service and in improving public support for their operations assured her participation in 1973's first Governor's Conference on Libraries. Her letter to a local newspaper writer is interesting both as an overview of that event and as a description of the state's "great" snowfall of 1973. Even someone as cultured and as widely traveled as Rosa Keller appears to have been completely taken by that unexpected meteorological visitation!
