Gunpowder 3 I 111 6/2/1786 Governor: Miro; Royal Ensign: De Reggio, Sr. – An Edict by the Governor published at this time containing 34 general laws, prohibits merchants from having more than 50 pounds of gunpowder in their stores at one time.
Gunpowder 4 II 193 12/20/1798 Governor: Gayoso; Royal Ensign: De La Ronde – At this time the Commissioners agreed to sell an old house on the other side of the river to Francisco Daspite Saintamand on condition that he keep his business and residence on the west side of the gunpower house.
